METRO wants me to use up my passes to avoid more Q card transfers but then they are going to charge me $.50 more to do so? &amp;nbsp;That does not make any sense.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I am so sorry about the long delay. I'm sure it's frustrating. The three to five days to process Q Card requests was the time frame last week. Unfortunately, I think your Jan. 14 online request may have been in the batch that had technical problems. If you send me an e-mail with your full name, I will try to research it and find out why you still don't have your Q Card.
