My question is: In Phase 2 of Metro Solution, is the Cypress CRT going to be implemented? If so, what is the target finish date? We all know 290 traffic is the worst in Houston....... We sat in traffic for 40 minutes every morning to get to the HOV only, makes our morning commute 1.5 hrs.

If you look at the system map, the West Bellfort P&R is already on the edge of the service area and the Harris County line. And unfortunately, I don't think Sugar Land will want Metro "tainting" their suburban Shangri-La anytime soon with a Park and Ride.
