Now, this boarding thing is confusing. Example: I'm at Bissonnet at Kirby. I got there via the 700 and 65 from Downtown. Now I go back to Downtown via the 18. How does the boarding system work here?

Or I take the 18 south, and catch the 700 back Downtown. What is the count?

Or thak the 18 north to Richmond, 25 to Wheeler, 700 Downtown?

18 north to Westheimer, 82 to Downtown.

Most people take the same route(s) to and from where they are going. But for some, there are various combos. That has to mess up the numbers! (Some of the above are "out of the way", but used as examples.)

I looked at the MetroSolutions website, and I noticed two things: that there are 4 new Park and Rides planned for Phase 2, and that the Bellaire Signature route isn't on it.

I see that two of these P&Rs will be up and running as of Sunday, Grand Parkway and Cypress. What's the current timeline for the other two, 288/Airport and Clear Lake?

We continue to have discussions with Pearland officials about the possibility of the 288 Park & Ride.

Still trying to find a time frame on Clear Lake.

I also drove by the new 222 lot Sunday. The fee sign on the parking box has to be the most confusing thing ever!

As I read it, you had to pay $4 to park and then pay to board the bus. Also it says Cinemark patrons are free. Now how on earth are they going to tell who is there for the movie who parked for that 11:30 showing, versus somebody parking for the P&R? I guess they could collect parking fees before the movie opens. Also, service back ends at 6:30. That really puts a crimp in using the 222 vs 221. I can see my car at 222 and had to take the 221 back because service ended an I got stuck at work on a computer problem. Also, that tiny shelter is a JOKE! Wait for the rain to push mud everywhere..
